Step 2: Write Business Statement Section One
Basic information (purpose of your business, number of years in operation, number of employees, revenue…)

Step 3: Write Business Statement Section Two
Additional information (what do you offer your employees, the community, the environment…)

Step 4: Ask for two Reference Letters
From individuals who can attest to the value and impact of your business (please attach with your submission)

Step 5: Add up to five pages of Supporting Documents
Extras (CV's, media coverage, other recommendations…)
