EventBrite Ticket FAQ

Do we need to present tickets when we arrive at the event?

No, you don’t. This is a ticketless event. All event attendees should check in at the Registration Desk when they arrive at the event to receive their assigned table number.

Where do I find my tickets?

Search your inbox for an email from noreply@order.eventbrite.com.

When you register for an event, Eventbrite automatically creates an account associated with your email address.

Log in to Eventbrite using the same email address and select “Tickets” from the dropdown in your Eventbrite account (note: if this is the first time you’ve used Eventbrite, you’ll need to create a password).

If using the Eventbrite app:
iPhone: Log in and tap the “Tickets” icon.
Android: Log in and tap the “Profile” icon. Then find your order and tap the “Tickets” icon.

How do I edit or update my ticket purchase – for example, the names of the event attendees have changed or I need to update dietary restrictions?

To edit order information, log in to your Eventbrite account.
Go to “Tickets”.
Select your order.
Click “Edit”.
Save your changes.

How can I purchase tickets on behalf of others?

If you know the contact information for the individuals you are purchasing tickets on behalf of, you can add the email address, phone number, first and last name, and company/organization for each ticket you purchase (reminder to include any dietary restrictions). Each individual will receive their own e-ticket.

If you don’t yet know the contact information for your other attendees, simply enter your information for now, and then edit the ticket(s) later once you know who will be attending (see below info re: how to do this).

Do I need to enter contact information for each ticket before attending the event?

Yes, you do. On the ticket purchase screen, you can either enter in contact information for each ticket, if you know who is using each ticket upon purchasing them; or use your contact information for your own (Ticket 1) if you don’t have all the information on hand (note: you will be prompted to copy your information into each ‘ticket’ field – you can then go back and edit the contact information for each attendee at a later date).

Please ensure all attendees have been added to your ticket purchase before arriving at the event.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can get a refund up to 30 days before the event. If you are unable to attend the event, and would like to donate your ticket, please send an email to events@bcachievement.com.

How do I manage my tickets and send e-tickets to other individuals?

Log into Eventbrite, and go to “Tickets” in the top right corner.

Here you can print & distribute hard copies to others; or you can Edit the contact information for each ticket, after which the e-ticket can be emailed to the attendee/s.

If I purchase multiple tickets for my friends and/or colleagues, will we all be seated together?

Yes, you will. Each ticket purchase has an order number. People under the same order number will be seated together.
